Renunglah kata2 ini , moga2 madah ini dapat menyedarkan kita tentang dosa yang selalu kita lupakan , moga dengan mengingati dosa , datang rasa2 kehambaan , kerana rasa2 inilah yang Tuhan mahu di dalam sebarang tindakan;

1- "Setiap hari kiralah dosa-dosa kamu, setidak-tidaknya mengingatinya, janganlah kenang kebaikan kamu, anggap sahajalah tidak ada kebaikan"


2- "Merintihlah dengan dosa, janganlah merintih dengan buta, menangislah dengan dosa, jangan menangis dengan orang menghina, sedihlah dengan dosa, janganlah sedih dengan orang kata."


3- "Kita hamba Allah ini kenalah menyesal selalu, lebih-lebih lagi di waktu bersalah, mengeluhlah selalu nasib kita belum tahu, merintihlah selalu terutama dengan dosa-dosa kita, mengakulah lemah di hadapan Tuhan sekalipun kita serba ada, menangislah selalu kerana kita tidak dapat elak dari dosa moga-moga dengan cara ini Allah rahmati kita."

try to recall what's happen for the past 4 days in this posting, neuroscience posting.we divide into 2 groups,one is for the neuromedical and one is for neurosurgery. i'm the neuromedical one and been given to choose either 1s,2s or 3u. me, ain n renu went to 2s that is pediatric surgery. most of the cases are regarding hydrocephalus( build up of csf in the brain)-makes the head circumference became increase due to unfused suture, ant. fontanelle bulging or tense, and we can see the thin scalp ass. with distended vein. and for the most advance stage, if the cases left untreated, it can lead to setting-sun eyes sign(eyes were gazing downward).. this one is very common due to congenital hydrocephalus either due to obstruction of the lumen disturbing the csf flow. one the worst case i got,i'll neva forget. the head circumference is about 94cm which is very huge(common size for 1year old is about 45-47cm).and the ant. fontanelle is very very large due to unfused suture. also there's obvious distended scalp vein..i feel pity of her, but as a medical student or future doctor, sympathy is not enough..we hv to hv empathy in order to treat all of the cases, no matter what the case is.so many things to learn in that ward actually. about life.. thans to ALLAH cause give us such huge opportunities to live in this world without much obstacles and impedents..seeing people in critical situation like in 2d(icu) make me realized that Allah had gave me big opportunities to take care of.alhamdulillah..
